ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK
COST AND METHOD OF SHIPPING
The Creations Unlimited Online Shopping cart will only accept orders where the shipping address is
within the United States.
If you would like to place an order that is going to be shipped outside of the US, you will have to call our 800 Number
to determine availibility and shipping costs.
Use the table below to determine the Carrier and Cost.

- Flat Shipping of either $4.80, $7.85, $9.90, or $12.50 on orders up to
$200.00, depending on amount of order

Orders will be shipped by USPS and shipping charges apply. For Alaska and Hawaii, even if your calculated shipping charge is $0.00, we will add on shipping charges at time of processing. |

Costs will be the rate USPS charges for the size and
weight of the order |
If you wish or require faster delivery than the standard shipping time, we can use
Next Day, 2-Day, Overnight, etc. delivery,
however, the additional cost of this service will be added on to your shipping charges.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your items, we will be happy to refund your purchase price excluding shipping costs. If you are going to return your item, please call or email us in advance to let us know to expect your package so that we can issue you a refund upon return of the item. Products being returned should be packaged securely, preferably in the same package in which it was delivered. Shipping costs for unwanted, returned products are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you find a chipped or broken coaster, DO NOT return it to us. Either call or email us with what was damaged and we will make arrangements to send replacements to you at no additional cost.
