Why should I buy at Creations Unlimited?
Creations Unlimited is one of the few companies that offers the ENTIRE line
of Thirstystone products.
We have a very close relationship with Thirstystone and our store is located
within a few miles of the
Thirstystone headquarters, manufacturing plant, and warehouse. No matter
what product you are looking for,
we can get it for you if it is available. We are also the first to receive
new releases and if you are looking
to replace a broken or lost item, chances are we can get it for you.
How soon will I receive my order?
We have a seperate shipping page that you can refer to by selecting the
Navigation bar to the left,
but basically Creations Unlimited ships orders every Wednesday. If an order
is placed PRIOR to a
Monday, it will be shipped out that Wednesday. If an order is placed on Monday or after,
it will be shipped the following Wednesday.
What is your return policy
Creations Unlimited will replace / exchange any order within 30 days if
you are not satisfied for a full refund minus shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
If you are returning a product, please call our 800 number in advance.
How will my order ship?
We use both UPS and USPS when shipping an order. Please refer to the - Shipping

What are THIRSTYSTONEŽ
products made from?
They are made from natural sandstone that is mined
from quarries located in the southwestern USA.
Will the printed image
wear off my Thirstystone Coaster?
The images printed on Thirstystone coasters
are permanent and will not wear off with use. Thirstystone uses state of the art
printing on our coasters. Why does the stone appear different in each
Thirstystone Coaster set?
Due to the unique nature of this naturally porous
sandstone, markings, variations, and irregularities in shading, color and texture
are natural and characteristic of the stone, adding to its natural beauty. Why
have my Thirstystone Coasters stopped absorbing?
Sometimes the pores on
the stone get clogged which diminishes their ability to absorb water. Try washing
the coasters with warm water and a little dish detergent and gently scrub the
surfaces. Then air dry them overnight.
How can I clean my THIRSTYSTONEŽ
products?
Your coasters may occasionally need cleaning. If they do, rinse
them in cool, clear water and allow to air dry. A fresh beverage stain will most
often wash out with plain water. For an old or stubborn stain, wet the coaster
or trivet, apply a few drops of mild detergent and lightly scrub with a sponge
or brush. Rinse and allow it to air dry. (Dishwashing is not recommended as the
extreme abrasion and heat of a dishwasher will cause the natural cork backing
to deteriorate).
